The hotel had plenty of parking. That was so great. the hotel looked well maintained. the spa facilities included a large indoor swimming pool. I found this a very relaxed area.

I left an item in the room after checking out. the hotel phoned us to let us know. they then proceeded to take £5 payment to return it to me! i know it was my mistake. Still, this is what i will remember from this trip. it was poor service. I think.

warmth greeting personal touch familiar faces

I adore this place. It feels like my second home! i appreciated the greeting, especially since reception remembered our anniversary, a wonderful touch. the staff stand out. their warmth extends to everyone. It's nice to see familiar faces year after year. we WILL return. I hope the new owners cherish the tradition.

the spa area was not as relaxing as before. it was quite noisy, with children playing and SHOUTING. the steam room barely produced any steam. i also saw algae on the tiles in the outdoor pool, which suggests it was not properly maintained.

noisy fan vibration noise

the STAFF proved friendly. and the breakfast selection was acceptable.

i FOUND the extractor fan unit NOISY. it was on the outside wall just beside our window. it came on early morning and woke us up. i could hear the vibration of it until it turned off around 9 o'clock. it was impossible to open the windows because of the noise.

strange odor unmanaged parking

the room was quite small, i wasn't expecting a suite but it felt cramped, it also had a strange odor. the bathroom was too small to comfortably place my toiletries. parking was difficult because many oversized vehicles occupied the spaces, the overflow parking was not properly managed for larger vehicles.

perfect location lovely views delicious food

i booked directly with the hotel. caroline made it easy to book. the hotel has a centre LOCATION which is perfect. parking at the hotel was easy. the rooms includes lovely views. we dined in the hotel each evening, the menu had choices for everyone and the food was delicious.

the room was small. i wasn't expecting a large room. the room was smaller than a budget room. the room was warm even with the window open. it had a weird smell.

the gym has several machines. it has three treadmills. the spa area includes a nice pool. the spa had a sauna for relaxation and a steam room for detox sessions.
